Begin the level as you normally would, building golems to collect from nearby Storm Geysers and building a Sun Workshop. Put Sun Disc Throwers and wind generator into Production and upgrade your workshop for Sun Cannons if you like.

The Master of Whirligigs will probably build a few whirlibases under your temple at the start of the mission so dispatch of them with sun disk throwers since they can kill them easily and protect themselves from other whirligigs later on.

When you have a fair bit more money you can build Sun Cannons or sun disk throwers and start attacking his Temple. He will build whirlibases, probably about 5-10. Build sun disk throwers around the cannons to protect them. It also helps if you build sun disk throwers right around the base of his island, that way you kill off the whirligigs before they get to other units, and you can kill the weak whirlibases.

Once you finish killing temple you can grab his Priest and Sacrifice it, since it will be Immobilized from the blast of his temple.
